Mr. Shadow

Mr. Shadow, possibly also known as Seht Shadow, is an Adventure Kartel figure that has been announced for future release. He is the father of Big Shadow and Little Shadow and, along with Mrs. Shadow is the head of the Shadow Family.

If, indeed, Mr. Shadow and Seht Shadow are one in the same, he is responsible for the development of New Andria.
