Mr. Bridger, also known as his self-proclaimed title The Devil, is a villain in the Popbot Universe who runs England. Mr. Bridger has sent his son to hunt Kitty because Kitty owes him a great deal of money. Mr. Bridger is also being hunted by Lady Sham.
