WWR Illustrated Number One is the first picture book in the WWR Universe. It is illustrated by Ashley Wood, written by Ashley Wood and TP Louise, and published by IDW Publishing. The style of the book features many oil paintings accompanied by prose from different individuals in the WWR Universe from many different perspectives surrounding the events of World War Robot.

Though not limited to these examples, some of the prose featured are letters from civilians to loved ones, excerpts from diaries or journals, and field reports that have been intercepted by another faction.
