Desert Combat vs Sand Devil
question: is there any difference between the 'desert combat' colorway, and the so-called 'sand-devil' colorway? the wwr picture of 'sand-devil' LM says 'desert combat' on it... so maybe 'sand-devil' is not actually a colorwy, or maybe it's a sub-set colorway (like frosty choad is a sub-set of the winter colorways). Yeah, there's a definitely difference. When Sand Devil was first seen in the WWR Sand Devil Large Martin, the difference had not yet been distinguished; which is why the advert combines both words. Sand Devil is a completely different desert-based unit, however, than Desert Combat. Ash also toyed around with the "Desert Strike" and "Desert Attack" terms. Equally, all three of the snow themes are also different units. Winter Defense, Frosty Choad and Deep Powder have no relation other than that the three are painted and decorated by their troops for winter combat. For all we know, these units may be so distinguished that some are Martian while others are Terran. Ennui 00:11, 12 January 2011 (EST)
- Cody, I think this info would be really great on the Wiki in a proper page somewhere. Definitely helpful info. TiredChildren 00:38, 12 January 2011 (EST)
