The Maxx is a character created by Sam Kieth featured in an original comic series of the same name. In relation to ThreeA, The Maxx was also featured in the first issue of Popbot and appears to be an old friend of Kitty. The Maxx's exact involvement in the Popbot Universe is unknown, but it is speculated that his existence in the stories provides links to similar rules to those of Sam Kieth's Maxx Universe, especially in regards to The Outback.
