San Diego Comic-Con (2011)
San Diego Comic-Con (2011) was a very important function for ThreeA, as it marked the company's first official attendance at San Diego Comic-Con International. Although ThreeA was not able to acquire a booth of their own, IDW Publishing was kind enough to allot a portion of their booth space for their friend Ashley Wood. As a major distributor of Ashley Wood's books, IDW's booth seems the perfect location for ThreeA. During SDCC 2011, IDW was also debuting two Ashley Wood books, Popbot Big Beautiful Book and Fat Tarino, which offered the company easy redirection when fans questions about where they could read more about Ash's artwork, characters and universes.

As a special guest [1] at this year's convention, Ashley Wood was present for many signings and a few panels. Typically, Ash was easily seen mingling with friends and fans around the ThreeA "booth", but he also had the following scheduled events:
- Friday, July 22nd 4:30 PM - "Art of Design" panel (absent)
- Saturday, July 23rd 12:30-2:00pm – Ashley Wood and Kim Fung Wong signing at Toy Tokyo (booth# 5437)
- Saturday, July 23rd 6:00pm-7:00pm – Ashley Wood signing at IDW Publishing (booth# 2643)
- Sunday, July 24th 12:30 PM - "Spotlight on Ashley Wood" panel
- Sunday, July 24th 2:00 PM - "Cover Story: The Art of the Cover" panel
- Ash and Rufus were also available at the ThreeA "booth" for signings from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
